Ok, im sure you can’t have failed to notice the Adidas Star Wars range of clothes and apparel over the last couple of months. They are promoting it very heavily with a range of mega-expensive looking ads featuring some of the biggest stars on the planet.

This would all be cool if it weren’t for a few crucial factors:

1. The trainers are all rather ugly (in our opinion obviously), and they are pretty damn expensive
2. Star Wars has lost alot of credibility after the prequels farce – although the older films in the series are still infinitely cooler, you can’t quite shake the feeling that its all been ruined – its like they’ve released this range 30 years too late!
3. The ads are pretty cool and all, but what exactly do David Beckham, Snoop and Daft Punk have to do with Star Wars? Confusing…….

Anyway, thats our Adidas rant over, what are your thoughts?
